To ensure we meet your quality expectations, ATC follows a rigorous hiring process:
- Completion of an application
- Resume/work history review
- Interview with one of our recruiters and/or managers
- Attainment of prior and/or current references
- Verification of licensure, certification, or registration
- CPR certification and/or ACLS, etc. as appropriate for position
- Annual physical
- Self-assessment skills checklist (specific to area of assignment)
- Passing of a competency/skills evaluation (specific to area of assignment)
- Passing of OSHA and Joint Commission standards quiz
- Completion of sexual harassment training
- Background check
- Drug screen
- HIPPA review and acknowledgement
- Vaccination records: TB, Hep B (or declination), and other vaccinations as required for position
- ATC orientation (includes expectations review and acknowledgement)
- Completion of any client-specific orientation, as requested
