CAN I PICK UP SHIFTS TO FIT MY SCHEDULE?

Absolutely! One of the biggest benefits of working for ATC is you can work as much or as little as you want. We have both per diem and contracted assignments that vary in location, time, and responsibilities. However, once you commit to an assignment, we request that you honor that commitment and fulfill the terms of that assignment.

CAN I WORK FULL TIME?

Yes, there are definitely cost benefits to using ATC, which is why we work with our clients to do a more thorough cost-benefit analysis beyond just comparing internal pay rates to external bill rates. Payroll taxes, state unemployment tax, workers compensation costs, liability insurance, benefits costs, paid time-off costs, overtime costs, and many indirect costs of retaining your employees must be considered when hiring an outside staffing firm.

We also work with our clients to employ cost-effective strategies that generate a return on investment beyond their initial expectations. Many of our clients save thousands of dollars every year by eliminating recruiting costs such as placing ads, spending time reviewing resumes and interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Further, the time ATC devotes to ensuring candidates are well-qualified, credentialed, and payrolled, generates opportunities for you to spend your days on what you do best, taking care of your patients and/or residents.  We would be happy to work with you to do a more thorough cost-benefit analysis to determine how external staffing could best benefit you.
